On going residential projects are located in Alanya and Bodrum. 

Bodrum Amphora Village 1
Bodrum Yalıkavak project consists of 20 villas (2 storey) and 20 apartments. The project scheduled to finish on December 2006. 
Alanya Coracesium Residance 1
Alanya, Mahmutlar Project consists 0f 40 flats and 4 penthouses. The project scheduled to finish on June 2006. 
Alanya Coracesium Residence 2
Alanya, Mahmutlar Project consists 0f 153 apartments and 15 dream style penthouses. Projetcs’ ground breaking is scheduled for November 2005.
